One of the finest rockin' bands out of Lincoln, Nebraska in the late 70s, early 80s, anchored by one of the original Belmont Boys, Kent Crow. Unfortunately, Kent passed away suddenly the summer of 2003, and the song "Say Goodbye While You Still Can" on Gary's "Colonel Pecker's" CD is dedicated to Kent.

Other band members included the incredibly fleet-fingered Bob Williams. And he still is, now playing out of Olathe, Kansas.

On keys was Rob Poggendorf, and that man could tickle those ivories with all the verve of a Billy Payne. Rob no longer plays, afflicted by a progressive form of MS.

Rick Wilson, Lincoln's greatest rock drummer of that era, gave an explosive addition to the band, taking over from Dan Bailey, the earlier drummer. Rick, where are you now?

And Gary Hall rounded out the quintet with his creative rhythmic guitar, his doubling solos, and an occasional salty lead of his own.

Photos and song samples to come soon.
